Crispy Butter Oriented Paratha

Paratha is a special form of a wheat flour rati. People from Pakistan and India like to eat in the breakfast. It's common in Pakistan and Indian women to make this paratha at home and most women in rural areas of Punjab included Pakistan and Indian Punjab. Different people make paratha with different type of oils and butters and not every women consider an expert in paratha making process. Its not hard.However, time-consuming learning process. Paratha people eat in different ways according to the weather, for example, n many parts of the punjab people eat this paratha with black and white tea, Fri channay(white and black chic peases) and have in many restaurants and at home as well and it's only in winters. Whereas, In Punjab different parts are really warm in summer and it's hard to eat paratha in summer with tea and most people use this paratha with malik and yogurt made lassi. Lassi makes paratha more delicious.

Here I show you the paratha. Purely with butter make and more specially made my grandmom for me today. I visited her from London to Manchester on my Christmas holidays and when I woke up in the morning she was in the kitchen busy to make this for me. It was surprising she is 82year old and still capable to make this. when I saw she made for me I shouted wow. How I am lucky and what's up it for my friends.I hope you like this breakfast paratha and if you want to eat you go any Pakistani and Indian restaurant anywhere in Europe, UK, USA, Canada and the rest of the world. I am lucky my grandma knows the art about making paratha.
