Baked marinated fish
Fish consider as a white meat and its full of omega 3 and other vitamins. Fishes can be found in all parts of the world. Fish food is very popular amongst all part of the world. However, there are certian countries known as fish-eating countries. They are Srilanka, Bangladesh, Carribean ilands and the East Asian countries are particular. Different peoples cook fish meat with their own cooking styles and eat with traditional styles. Bangladeshis are very famous to eat fish, meats quicker than anybody else in this world very quick fish eating expertise. In serious note fish meat is more popular meat for people who live near the sea. Moreover, Carribean and Africans love to eat fish meat with steamed rice and people of ilands do not like spicy fish, meat and they like cooking and half cooked and some make it fry only in oil.
Let's talk about the people of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and some parts of the gulf. The people from sub-continent, especially from North India, include Pakistani Punjab and Indian Punjab, Hyderabad, Delhi, Rajistan, Mumbai, Karachi, Lahore, Gujrawala, Rawalpindi, Peshwar and some parts of the blochastian Gawder, Quetta etc are diverse in fish cooking with different styles. This continent is familiar with native land of herbs and spices.Herbs and spices adds a unique taste with the taste of white meat.The Mughals asusual made experiments with fish food and white meats and gave the world different features of cooking such as fried fish, marinated baked fish such as oven baked and traditional barbeque. People on the subcontinent proud to introduce different ways of cooking fish meat.In the era of globalization and the mid of 19th century people of subcontinent migrate with their food in different part of the world such as South Africa, EU, UK, Australia, Canada, United states, East Asia, Dubai and Arabian Countries. People from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh open many restaurants is all over the world except some carribean and south American countries i.e Brazil, Chile, Argentine and far south American countries.
Baked marrinade fish
- Baked and marinated Fish Make marinade and add ingridents : Combine ginger, garlic, onion, green onion, yogurt,soy sauce, oil and pepper in a large ceramic dish and mixed it.
- Cut fish in 4 big pieces to marinade ,turn to coat,cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- On oven to perheat 220°C. fish fillet in centre of each piece of foil. Spoon 2 tablespoons marinade over each. Fold up foil to form parcels. Seal edges (so juices won't run out). Place on a large baking tray. Bake fish for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked throug
- Remove fish from foil and place on plates. Pour over any juices from parcels. Eat whatever the way you like with own tradition such as biryani,pilao rice,nanbread and steam rice
